All of our orders ship from Southern California with a lead time of 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS, standard shipping is 2 to 7 business days.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our candles and wish each of our customers love them as much as we do.
If you would like to return your order please follow our policy:
1. Your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
2. You must provide an order receipt.
3. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
5. You are responsible for return shipping costs; be sure to package your order securely. Refunds pending inspection and will not be issued to items returned damaged, used or parts missing.
If applicable, we replace items that are proven defective, or that were damaged through shipping.
Before lighting our candles, please read and follow the WARNING LABEL located at the bottom of your candle.
Warning label reads:
Place on heat safe surface.
Container will be hot when candle is lit.
Discontinue use when less than 1/4" of wax remains.
Burn for no more than four hours at a time.
Burn within sight.
Keep away from things that catch fire.
Keep away from children and pets.
